- Upload PDFs up to 5MB per document
- Access to basic AI models only
- Limited daily AI queries (subject to change)
- Maximum 10 document uploads per hour
Pro
- Upload PDFs up to 100MB per document
- Access to all AI models including premium models
- Higher daily AI query limits
- Maximum 10 document uploads per hour
- Priority support and access to beta features
Enterprise
- Custom upload size limits
- Custom rate limits based on agreement
- Dedicated support channel
Acceptable Use
Our service is intended for individual research and academic use. The following are examples of acceptable use:
- Uploading and analyzing research papers and academic documents
- Using AI to ask questions about uploaded documents
- Highlighting and annotating papers for personal reference
- Organizing your research library
The following are examples of use that may violate this policy:
- Automated or scripted access that generates excessive requests
- Bulk uploading documents for the sole purpose of extracting or redistributing content
- Sharing account credentials to circumvent per-user limits
- Using the service in a manner that degrades performance for other users
What Happens When Limits Are Exceeded
If you exceed the usage limits for your plan, you may experience the following:
- Rate limit errors: Requests that exceed rate limits will receive a temporary error response. You can retry after a short wait.
- Upload rejections: Files that exceed your plan's size limit will be rejected at upload time with a clear error message.
- Temporary throttling: Sustained excessive usage may result in temporary throttling of your account.
- Account review: Repeated or severe violations may trigger a review of your account. We will contact you before taking any action.
